Appleseed Co-op provides multiple resources for both coventional and homeschooling families. Access to teachers, curricula, resources and field trip opportunities are availabile for members.
Classes in the arts, music, literature, agriculture, construction and other trades are also available. Physical activities and accompanying instruction is integral to a well rounded education and are provided. Appleseed Co-op also includes internship and apprenticeship options for community members. Information on residencies in fields of work that are available in the area are available.
Instruction in practical living skills such as cooking, gardening, food preservation, mechanical, construction and other trades is encouraged. Appleseed Co-op maintains a resoure library with a multitude of educational options and offers many volunteer opportunities for community teachers, instructors and skilled individuals.
